The successful applicant will lead a crew within our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) focusing on customer satisfaction, flat rate times, technician productivity, efficiency, workshop housekeeping and job quality. You will have strong drive, motivation and direction to succeed and be able to work in a safety conscious environment. The position is still a hands on role. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor your roster is Monday - Friday 10 hours per shift, 2 weeks of day shift, 1 week of night shift and one Saturday per month at our South Guildford Workshop. You will lead the team working on major strip downs on variety of CAT machinery - Diggers, Dozers, Graders, Loaders and Trucks of all sizes. About you:

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Leadership experience
  • SIS / DBS and CAT Systems experience
  • Diagnostic and fault finding skills
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and organise work teams to perform repairs, maintenance and inspections on a range of customer machines
  • Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices and environment
