Their unique model drives demand and creates unique value for their various stakeholders As such they enjoy a loyal and committed customer base of both large corporate's and small to medium clients across the Commercial, Residential (Detached) and Multi-Residential verticals. We are looking to expand the team by recruiting an established Segment Manager to grow sales in Victoria with their flagship portfolio of Tier 1 accounts in the Medium Density Town House and low-Rise Multi-Residential space. The Role: Working closely with the Sales Management team your purpose will be to manage an account base of Tier 1 Builders such as Burbank Urban, Metricon TownLiving, Pace Development or FigureHead Construction. Both following through on existing product specifications and increasing share-of-wallet through the introduction of ancillary lines to maximise the commercial return for each project. You will be working for a global manufacturer and you will relish the challenge of both strategically growing existing accounts and acquiring new ones. Core Responsibilities:
- Vertical and Horizontal Strategic Account Management
- Technical Solution Sales
- Strategic Business Development
- Commercial Negotiation
- Relationship Management with Channel Partners
- 5 years + Solution Selling in to the Construction Industry
- Understanding of “Pull-through” Sales with a Distribution network
- Proven Track record of Exceeding Sales Targets
- Tertiary Qualification in Business, Engineering or Construction Management
- Ability to Work in a Global Corporation
- High flexibility of working location
