Working within the Retail Construction team, you will deliver a high level of service to customers whilst processing data entry, answering their questions and queries, and educating customers on the process throughout. About the role

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have applied for a construction home loan. As a Team Member, you will be managing construction loans throughout the construction process through to finalisation of the construction.

Key responsibilities

  • High quality of transactional customer service
  • Data entry and excel spreadsheets
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders such as customers and builders
  • Manage funds from home loan to customers or builders
