Our Client is an established and highly successful specialist surveying consultancy based in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. They work across a number of sectors and offer a full range of surveying services to their extensive client base. Following a number of substantial project wins within the construction set out space, they are currently seeking an experienced surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis

Your new role

They are currently seeking a building set out surveyor to join the team in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. You will be carrying out Set Out and As-Built surveys for the construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects and all related tasks. This will include preparing survey data for field work (interpreting construction drawings and sourcing survey data), preparation of plans and checking of work

What you'll need to succeed

My client has indicated that to be considered for this role it is essential to have previous experience carrying out Set Out and As-Built surveys for the construction in Australia working on residential, commercial and industrial projects and all related tasks. This will include preparing survey data for field work (interpreting construction drawings and sourcing survey data), preparation of plans and checking of work. Candidates with 3+ years experience, excellent communication and previously dealt directly with client liaising would be highly regarded
