About the role

Performing service and repairs to our expanding hire fleet

Refurbishing forklifts for sale

Performing service and repairs to customer-owned equipment

Work safely within statutory OHS requirements.

Maintaining high levels of presentation and attention to detail.

Ongoing training provided.

Skills and experience

Mechanical Trade Certificate - Forklift Mechanic/Petrol/LPG Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic/ Heavy Mechanic Qualifications

Current C Class Drivers Licence - HR an advantage

Prior servicing & diagnostics experience gained in a similar industry; heavy or light vehicle, mining, heavy constructions, agriculture, etc.

Solid understanding of diesel engines and hydraulics

LPG Certificate preferred but not required

Experience in Battery Electrics an advantage

Strong commitment to safe work practices
