JOB DESCRIPTION
Fitters / Plant Mechanics
- Road header (CAT and or Komatsu)
- Working in the Westconnex tunnel , Annandale, Sydney
- Approx. 3 Months work
- Accommodation provided plus Living Away for Home Allowance paid
- 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- $55 per hour
Our client is currently seeking Mechanical Fitters / Plant Mechanics ideally with experience on repairs and maintenance to Road Headers or other similar hard rock mining Equipment
IMMEDIATE START
Essential Criteria
- Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
- Proven experience with heavy plant / earth moving, preferably hard rock mining equipment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong focus and commitment to Safety with the ability to follow Policies and Procedures
- Be able to work efficiently within a team environment but also self directed.
- Be able to complete tasks to high quality while working to a deadline
