About the Role

My client specializes in providing Engineering services to the infrastructure, minerals & food processing, manufacturing, and chemical industries. Due to growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking for a Senior RPEQ Structural Engineer to join them as the sole Structural Engineer of the business. 

In this role, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Design of reinforced concrete, concrete structures and structural steel;
• Using understanding of Geotechnical principles;
• Attending client sites to provide technical advice and delivering practical solutions;
• Applying understanding of construction procedures to limit design constraints;
• Working towards tight time and budget deadlines. 

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent;
• RPEQ registration;
• Senior level experience as a Structural Engineer in the industrial and manufacturing industries in QLD;
• Proven experience working on multiple differing projects at one time;
• Structural Design skills using Spacegass, Microsoft Suite, and AutoCAD.
