What you'll be doing

The electrician is responsible for inspection, repair and adjustment of all electrical plant, equipment and circuitry and for the installation of additional power, lighting circuits and components where necessary throughout the hospital site.

Selection Criteria: * Trade qualifications relevant to the position (Electrical).

• Must be a "Licensed" Electrician.
• Sound knowledge of electrical plant, equipment and electrical reticulation systems.
• Knowledge of electrical testing and tagging procedure.
• Comply with the obligations and responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety Act 2000 and Regulations 2001.
• Sound computer skills associated with Microsoft Office.
• Class C Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
• Knowledge of emergency generators and their associated switching systems.
