Development Manager

Level Six Venture Management is a boutique management consultancy that specialises in providing tailored services to development and property clients across multiple sectors.

Given recent and ongoing work with some leading property groups and private land owners, we are seeking a Senior Development Manager that has experience in residential and retail-led mixed use development from inception to completion. Significant exposure to real city-making, innovative and high quality projects is valued, along with Build to Rent models and exposure to UK and European markets and networks. A successful candidate will be sharp at due diligence and understanding all practical and risk matters associated with generating feasibilities. Given the boutique and agile nature of our team and the varied nature of our services, capability across general project management of master plan and building projects is also required.
