Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the design, plan development and specification stage of construction.

· Bring new projects to full council approval stage, ready for the build team to start work.

· Provide support to the Build Team by ordering equipment, services and materials and providing council and client updates.

· Assist in social media, public relations and online marketing.

· Other administrative work as required

Experience / skills requirements

· Position suitable for 2nd / 3rd year Students undertaking Architecture (particularly those with an interest in landscape architecture), Civil Engineering or Construction Management as they would find this work relevant to their future career.

· Great planning skills and a methodical organised work methodology

· Excellent inter-personal skills

· Strong PC skills including CAD, Excel, Office, Word, Outlook

· A self-starter who is able to take the initiative to work through and solve problems rapidly.

Office is at Unley Park and on bus route from city.

Need to be able to work 9am to 5pm two days a week. Days are scheduled for each semester. Half days would be considered too.
