Our client is a family owned high end sports car repair facility located on the Central Coast. They seek a strongly customer focused Workshop Manager to deliver the best possible customer service to their discerning clientele. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to take control of the front of house operations and be well rewarded for your efforts.
YOU'LL NEED In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as a Workshop Manager gained either in a franchised new car dealership or with an aftermarket organisation. You are technically savvy and will most likely be a qualified mechanic. You are capable of the highest level of communication, both written and verbal and are well organised. You are not afraid to go the extra mile for your customer and are looking for a long term, career role.
THE OFFER The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of up to $100k, depending on experience and superannuation. This is a Monday to Friday only role.
