Job responsibilities

• Push and compact waste using dozers and compactors
• Operate an excavator to load and haul daily cover material
• Operate front-end loader as required
• Liaise with commercial and domestic customers to assist with the disposal of various waste types
• Maintenance and safety checks on all equipment

Skills and experience

• Car licence and tickets for mobile plant; wheel loader and excavator
• Strong customer service skills/ethics
• This is a high-risk environment so a commitment to safety is a must
• MR or HR licence would be looked upon favourably but not necessary
