Maintenance Fitter with blow moulding experience

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a trade qualified Maintenance Fitter for an immediate start. Our client is a leading provider in rigid plastics and are looking for an ethusiastic and knowledgeable candidate to join their team based in Loganholme.

Your duties are but not limited to:

• Maintenance and repair of production machinery
• Problem solving regarding maintenance and repair methods onsite
• Working with different, yet specifice stationary plant machinery
• Use of tools and equipment daily
• Working alongside your team members
• Completing work productively and efficiently
• Meeting expectations and contributing to the operational workload positively
• General housekeeping, paperwork

The successful applicant will have the following attributes/qualifications:

• Trade Qualifications are essential
• Previous experience within production environment, plastics specifically
• Maintenance and repairs of production machinery
• Experience with blow moulding, die setting, highly advantageous
• Team player attitude, with professional conduct
• Good communication with a safety conscious attitude
• Valid driver's licence with a reliable form of transport
• The ability to perform manual handling when required
• Availability to commence immediately
