Building Production Estimator

A well-established, highly successful and growing construction sector organisation requires a production estimator to join their team as part of his planned expansion.

Ideally an applicant will bring 3-4 years specifically within Residential estimating, familiarity with any of the construction industry computer systems, with great technical knowledge on the building process.

You'll have a high degree of competency in:

· BOQ's

· Take offs

· Be financially literate

· Be able to manage all purchase order generation and subsequent management with suppliers

However, you may only have a few year's experience, and re possibly seeking your next opportunity for further career growth, in which case it'd be great to hear from you. As this is a long-term role, the end employer is happy to consider individuals with less than the 3-4 year's experience, as training and development will be provided.

As a minimum we're looking for solid estimating experience in either the Aussie residential or commercial construction space.

This is a permanent role, with longevity and career development. Applicants will need full Australian work rights.
