Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who is looking to join a business who offers growth, development, support and rewards hard work and delivery

The business is a medium sized construction business delivering projects in the commerical/government space across Greater Sydney (projects include schools, hospitals, commerical retail, councils etc, with a value of $100k - $3mil)

They are seeking someone who has developed some good skills as a leader onsite, who can confidently head up some larger scale projects in this space, and help their business reach their 2020/21 goals.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Proven experience leading teams of trades, apprentices and subcontractors in a construction environment
• Ability to coordinate a range of different trades onsite
• Preferably come from a trade background yourself
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience leading teams up to 20 reports

Some duties of this role will include:

• Undertake contractor inductions
• Undertake pre-start tool box talks
• Ensure safety of all persons on site
• Issue non-conformances to people breaking our rules
• Lead and manage multiple trades on site
• Drive overall project program
• Identify contract variations
• Identify and manage defects
• Sound communication to the project manager
• Get your hands dirty when required

For the right candidate this position is offering $75,000pa + Superannuation.
