JOB DESCRIPTION

Construct Homes is a new home builder and is seeking a hard-working and reliable Maintenance Construction Worker to join our team on a full - time basis. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the construction industry and the ability of an all-rounder.

Role includes:

· Perform 3 month maintenance on new homes including adjustments to doors & windows, minor tiling, sanding, painting, plastering, caulking

· Identify possible issues

· Replace broken fixtures and hardware

· Installing window angels

· Perform site clean - up

· Follow instructions from supervisors

· Load or unload construction materials

· Filling concrete slab holes

· Sticking up for defects

· Pre handover adjustments

· Pick up and deliveries

· Report daily to the office

· Liaise with clients

To be successful in this position the applicant must have a valid driver’s licence and a heavy rigid licence would be an advantage but not essential but would be favorable, you will work well as part of a team, good customer service and enjoy working indoors and outdoors.

The successful applicant will be on a 3 month trial period. One to two weeks trial period will apply prior to full time position being offered.
