JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Friendly office culture with diverse projects.
  • $60k - $70k+super, full-time office-based role

This building company builds new homes and commercial projects across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas.

They build single and double story homes. They're looking for a Pre-Construction/Customer Service Officer to work alongside the estimating team and work with clients from the purchase of their home until construction commences.

Responsibilities
  • Managing customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of the home building agreement
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholder inquiries
  • Client services and council submissions
  • Completion of pre-planning inspection forms
  • Communication with developers and local councils
  • Negotiate and manage any approval application questions
  • Maintain the database and record all progress on applications
  • Assist clients with the pre-construction process
Requirements
  • Experience in a home building company and living locally.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly computer literate
