Ultratec Constructions Pty Ltd is Residential and commercial building construction company Based in Melbourne Victoria. Provide service in Victoria/ Queensland/ south Australia.

currently experiencing rapid growth, now offering the opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join us./ Business Development Manager .

you will possess a positive, 'can do' attitude along with substantial experience in all aspects of sales in the residential construction industry.

About the Role

You will be fully responsible for achieving the sales targers and will also have direct responsibility for pipeline management to ensure sales & revenue pipelines are growing month-on-month.

Create demand in the market which builds a strong suppliers database that continually feeds the business
Working with the Internal Estimator with provided estimates, quotes and tenders to win individual projects
Following up with company provided leads as well as new lead
Commission will be paid for every successful lead

New home constructions
Home renovations / extensions works
Commercial building renovations
Commercial building constructions ( office building / medical centres/ hotel/ motels / government buildings/ factories and warehouses .... ect
Architectural design works / town planing works.... ect
Interior design works
Office fit-outs
Shop fitout ( Cafe and restaurant/ salon/ medical centre ....ect)
Alluminum partitioning
Floorig and polished concrete jobs

Key Responsibilities
· Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities

· Attend client meetings with builders and developers; and present estimates and proposals on new business opportunities with customers.

· Understand and target specific sales opportunities to drive new business opportunities

· Responsible for Pipeline. Ensure that forecasts are accurately updated

· Develop effective sales plans for converting leads from first communication to contact.

About You
· Proven experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry

. Medium Density construction sales experience preferred.

· Polished, professional with a strong desire to succeed

· Possess strong strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial thinking skills

· An ability to effectively construct and deliver a deal with a variety of customers

· Ability to build strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to manage time autonomously, self motivated and driven
