Forklift operator/general yards person position is offered by one of Queensland's well respected earthmoving equipment & attachment manufacturers.

We are a team of friendly, motivated & enthusiastic people with a will to succeed and are needing a forklift operator / general yards person to join our team.

Duties will include:

• Forklift operation
• Load and unload trucks
• Move & stack materials
• Receive & dispatch goods
• General Yard tidying
• Consumable ordering

We are looking for someone who has a willingness to work as part of our team and to do whatever is required to keep production going in the workshop, safely.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Experience:

• Forklift Operation: 1 year (Required)

Licence:

• Drivers (Required)
• Forklift (Required)

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
• Receive/process shipments
• Perform proper forklift inspection, minor servicing and repairs as necessary
