A fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and solution-driven Site Supervisor to join BuildQ Group, one of the leading Custom Home Builder in Great Western Sydney with a growing presence across Southern and North-Western Sydney as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day running of Home projects through to the client handover – on time and budget
• Scheduling project resources and deliverables, managing suppliers, problem-solving

• Responsible for Quality and Safety on all sites as per building and safety regulations
• Managing sub-contractor performance and costs
• Developing and maintaining great client relationships, managing expectation
• Collaborating with the internal team and other project stakeholders
• Regular project reporting to the Construction Manager
• Jumping on the ‘tools’ will be required occasionally
• Developing and maintaining great client relationships, managing expectation

• Booking of trades and supervising trades onsite – experience with managing different trades preferable

Qualification/Experience/Requirements

• Sound knowledge of building methods and regulations
• Excellent understanding of WHS Compliance, safety, and quality standards.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site experience as Site Supervisor
• Driver's License
• Permanent work rights with no restrictions
