About the Role:

Our Dalby branch are looking for a Field Service Mechanic / Technician.

This varied role will see you working on world class John Deere equipment; we are keen to chat candidates that have prior experience of performing basic & complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on heavy machinery.

You will travel out to the customer properties and will have the use of a company vehicle for this purpose.

There is an opportunity to work on:

* Tractors
* Combine Harvesters
* Sprayers
* Cotton pickers

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Mechanical Trade Certificate
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
* Previous experience of engine overhauls and major repairs including electrical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills.
* A current and valid drivers licence
* Strong customer service focus and dedicated work ethic.
* A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work which will enable you to work through problems in both a workshop and field environment.
* Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be highly regarded
