This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly-capable electrical contracting company based in Sydney’s Inner West for 2021!
Sydney Electrical & Data provides electrical, data, security and fire solutions for a wide range of civil, government and landscaping customers. Our project jobs include switchboard upgrades, sportsfield & park lighting installation, fitouts, public facilities, new builds and projects Sydney wide.
The successful applicants would:
- Have experience in either service/ maintenance and/or project work.
- Be looking for an opportunity to grow professionally.
- Take pride in performing their work to the highest standards with commitment and motivation
- Be focused on workplace safety, quality and customer service.
- Possess a current NSW electrical license, drivers license & White card
- Additional licenses/ competencies such as EWP, ACMA registration, Working at Heights etc would be advantageous
We may consider a 4th year apprentice with outstanding skills, experience and work ethic.
We will provide successful applicants with:
- An attractive wage package based on your experience $80K - $95K + O/T + Bonuses and Super
- Fortnightly Rostered days off (RDO)
- Van / Uniform / Mobile data allowance/ Opportunity for overtime

Salary: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Work Eligibility:

Job Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with local laws and codes
- Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- Communicate with clients to discuss scheduling and provide ongoing updates through to completion
- Manage payments and and associated recordkeeping processes
- Other duties as requested
