The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to support our sales team and drive growth in the defined territory. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will assist the Commercial and New Housing Sales construction channels to execute the channel strategies that develop and profitably grow by providing exceptional customer service and administration of project requirements.

You will manage the relationship with the customers and help them to overcome their challenges as well as achieving their goals via the products we sell, whilst representing the B&D Group with professionalism and integrity. Accountabilities include:

  • Own a defined territory and build sales volume within existing accounts
  • Support relationship with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support on tenders, quotes, and pricing
  • Providing product information, promotional support, and regular assistance with territory growth initiatives
  • Manage project progress and keep stakeholders up to date
  • Maintain the reliability of the information within the Sales and CRM system.

What you will bring and develop

You are a confident professional with a proactive approach and strong influencing skills, looking to advance your career. It is not essential to have prior experience working in a similar role, however, what is essential will be your positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate, support, and embrace. You will bring a creative mindset to adapt to processes but are willing to challenge the status quo.

  • Previous internal, external, and phone sales experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders across the sales process
  • The ability to build internal & external relationships
  • IT savvy with experience in MS Suite and CRM
