Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Project Manager - Organisational Structure. This position is located in their busy Garran, ACT office for an initial 6 month contract.

Duties

• Develop and lead change management initiatives
• Build change management strategies, change processes, and project plans
• Provide leadership and support to individuals
• Foster and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements/Skills

• Experience leading human resources processes
• Experience in organisational design and restructure in a complex environment 
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar highly desirable
