In our aim to maintain the upmost levels of service for our clients, we are seeking an experienced Client Liaison/Construction Support Officer to join our team.

The Role

The key components of the role include:

· Internally liaise and provide support to all site supervisors and managers

· Externally liaise with clients, trades, suppliers and other project stakeholders

· Manage the workflow of construction administration from Letter of Award to handover

· Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements

· Prepare various site documentation

· Undertake all contract administration duties for all projects and keep up to date (document control) including submitting claims, issuing invoices and maintaining spreadsheets

· Build and maintain a strong understanding of each project, including scope, pricing, subcontractors and other relevant information
