What will your role be?
You will be responsible for implementing business transformation with assigned accounts to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long-term basis. Deliver revenue plan by executing an overall sales, account engagement and solution strategy, involving 3DS extended team to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.

Leading the customer executive relationship, you will leverage our global 3DS ecosystem to support enterprise level business transformation for your clients.

You will be accountable to engage by value systematically, positioning and selling 3DS Business Consulting missions to support client’s business transformation.
You will also:
  • Identify and transform leads into opportunities, then transform those opportunities into business revenue
  • Perform full sales engagements consistent with our sales processes to overachieve revenue plan
  • Provide an accurate forecast for Q, Q+1, Q+2 and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
  • Manage 3DS and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction
  • Manage a trusted advisor relationship with the new consulting and service integration partners

The Challenges Ahead
  • Define, attain commitment from the customer and 3DS team on the Customer Value Roadmap for the assigned accounts to generate incremental revenue
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
  • Involve 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end 3DS consulting presence at customer and to create new growth opportunities
Your Key Success Factors:
  • Senior years’ experience in consulting and solution selling enterprise level solutions for large multinational customers
  • A track record of consistent success closing million dollar plus deals in construction, cities and territories (construction related companies) - in software sales
  • Experience in Global Account Management and collaboration with global peers and partner organisations to generate revenue
  • Prior experience in managing blue chip level energy and materials/resource sector multinational clients with industry credibility.
  • Demonstrated success-influencing decision making with technical and C- Level stakeholders from different cultures using different communication/negotiation tactics.
  • Experience achieving a regional business strategy through developing and implementing a sales strategy
  • An appreciation for knowledge sharing and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve superior business outcomes
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environments and problem solve autonomously
  • A natural hunger for sales success and closing major deals
