Leading, specialist, Ground Engineering, contractor requires experienced Engineer, or Supervisor, who is ready to take the next step in their career to an Operational Management position.

You will be joining a long established organisation, with national operations, who are looking to develop their NSW business, from Sydney.

Your role will be 'Construction Manager', experienced in the delivery of ground engineering solutions to include slope stabilisation, anchoring, grouting, soil nailing etc; but to also manage the day to day operations of resource allocation to each and every project across the NSW state; to include man management, plant allocation, repair and maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a background commensurate to the above, AND be prepared to roll up the sleeves and step into the breach, as and when required.

As NSW operations continue to develop over the first 12 months of your tenure, your role will become entirely 'hands off'; and focus exclusively on the day to day 'operational management' aspects of the role.

This position presents a unique opportunity for an experienced project engineer, or supervisor, with the ground engineering expertise, to move 'onwards and upwards' in their career.
