About the Client:
OTM Civil Construction are a South Australian owned company, with their head office located in Clare. OTM specialises in the construction, maintenance and upgrading of civil infrastructure, with the focus of our service being on:

• pipe, culvert and storm-water installation
• construction and maintenance of roads
• levelling of building sites, including demolition
• rock crushing and large-scale slashing
• general earthworks (rural and domestic)
• sub-divisions
• engineering
• project management

The Role

Your role will consist of but not limited to-

• Lead and manage all on-site operations in delivering project requirements;
• Oversee operation of all plant and equipment to be used on site;
• Liaise effectively with client representatives at a site level;
• On-site management of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, in accordance with the company accredited management systems;
• Ensure that company systems, policies and procedures are adhered to and correctly used during site works and at an operational level; and
• Operate plant and equipment as and when required

Essential skills and qualifications required:

• Industry White Card;
• Levelling and basic surveying;
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications;
• Tickets and competency to operate a variety of plant;
• IT Skills (MS Outlook (communicating and scheduling), Word,);
• Driver’s License – To drive normal passenger vehicle to site;

Although not essential, preference will be given to candidates that have –

• Senior First Aid certification;
• Qualification in Leadership and or Management;

This project is located in Eyre Peninsula with the roster being 11/3.
