JOB DESCRIPTION

AP Officer position within highly regarded residential builder, with a diverse portfolio of projects in both volume and medium density development.

Exciting opportunity to work for one of the longest standing residential home builders in Victoria.
Reporting to the CFO and working within a close knit team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the end to end AP function is met.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Processing supplier invoices for payment
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with necessary reporting and ad hoc finance administration

The successful incumbent will ideally have experience working in high volume Accounts Payable, preferably in the construction industry or related. This is a great opportunity to grow within a successful team and business, all whilst working in a near new office environment.
