The Company

A small structural engineering specialist who has a family feel and a reliable, friendly and welcoming team environment. They work on a range of project types and work from offices based in a great Northern Beaches location.

The Role

The recent award of some key projects has combined with planned staff holidays resulting in the need for the assistance of an AutoCAD Structural Drafter. This is an initial 1-2 month contract, but could extend if further projects are secured.

The Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the drafting in AutoCAD of a number of warehouse and industrial structures. You will work closely with the lead engineer on these projects and although you will have the support of other drafters if needed, you will be the sole drafter on these projects and so a high level of autonomy is needed.

The Requirements

This is a contract role with an immediate start. You will be able to demonstrate:

• The ability to commence a contract role based within Sydney's Northern Beaches within the next week
• Proven AutoCAD structural drafting experience delivering building structures projects - warehouse and industrial structures experience is highly desirable
• Additional Revit skills and experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Full working rights in Australia

This is an opportunity to start work quickly and to work on projects where you will have a high level of responsibility. You will get paid for every hour that you work.
