JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Liaison role working for a market leader in Residential Construction.

Great career opportunity for an experience CSA to come onboard with this residential home builder.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will play an integral role in ensuring the clients expectations are being met from Pre-site through to handover.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing all pre-site and onsite documentation, including HIA contracts
  • Setting appointments and liaising regularly with the client throughout their build
  • Liaising with internal departments for follow up ie. sales, drafting, estimating, site supervisors
  • Ensure project files are up to date throughout the build process

We are looking for someone who has experience working in the residential construction industry with a clear passion for customer service. This is a great opportunity to work with a cohesive team who pride themselves on being a market leader.
