Busy Manufacturing company based in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a Store Person

Well established Engineering company based in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne is seeking an experienced Warehouse Stores Person.

The position will start on a casual basis in the warehouse, for the right candidate that shows initiative and willingness to learn about the business, opportunities to work in other areas of the business including production or manufacturing area may be on offer.

THE COMPANY:
A leader in Manufacturing pharmaceutical equipment for hospital, medical and scientific products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
• Pick and Packing of orders for delivery
• Loading and Unloading of Trucks
• Working with production team for spare parts
• Liaise with Sales Team on pending orders
• General warehouse duties
• Current Forklift Licence required
• Stock Management
• Checking off incoming goods and invoices
• Some manual lifting required

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION:

• Current Forklift Licence
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience in similar role
• Pick Packing experience
• Understanding and knowledge of mechanical spare parts a must
• OHS background and safe work practices
• Time management experience
• Basic computer skills
• Fit, Healthy and Reliable
• Must have excellent Communication skills
