Working for one of the largest non supermarket food distribution centres, this is an opportunity for an experienced forklift driver to join a team to make a positive difference. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Manage goods inward
• Manage cold storage rooms to ensure constant temperature reliability and chain of custody
• Palletization and preparation of goods for dispatch
• Use of forklift (high reach and counter balance)
• Use of RF scanners and management of all necessary documentation
• Management of a clean and safe warehouse including ensuring all risks are identified
• Communication with purchasers to ensure up to date detailing of deliveries
• Management of external service providers and contractors including trucks and other
• Ad hoc duties as necessary

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse
• Forklift license (high reach and counter balance)
• Reliable and a good communicator

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $27.00 per hour
