Metal Fabrication company based in Dandenong South requires a steel detailer to work on building projects.

As a result of business growth they are seeking an experienced Tekla Detailer/ Modeler to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to complete all shop drawings for commercial building projects using Tekla

Key responsibilities will be:

· Comply with all relevant building codes, Australian Standards and guidelines that impact drafting and design.

· Ensure all drawings are completed using design best practice and appropriate templates and client standards.

· Ensure all drawings are produced to comply to project schedule and client requirements.

Ideally you will have:

· 2 + years local experience in a commercial / industrial building environment (essential)

· Advanced Tekla knowledge

· Demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of Steel

· The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills
