JOB DESCRIPTION

COOKE'S HEAVY DIESEL is an expanding family business based in Karratha WA. We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic. The candidate will be required to service, repair and maintain a wide variety of road transport, construction and heavy mining equipment.

Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced Mobile Plant/Road Transport Diesel Mechanic. 3 years post trade essential.
- HR Drivers Licence preferred.
- Sound electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air brake system knowledge.
- Self motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage own jobs.

This position is not for the faint-hearted. The ability to make decisions under pressure is a necessity.
