They are currently sourcing for a Finance and Operations Manager to come on board. Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of three staff, this role will be responsible for a wide range of activities including:

• Team management and development
• Financial reporting
• Business performance analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Oversight of accounts payable and receivable
• Contract management
• Risk management
• Client communication
• System development
• Process improvement

You must be CA/CPA qualified and have previous experience working in the finance team within a construction business. Someone who can think outside the box, operate at both operational and strategic levels, be decisive, and enjoys change will find this a great opportunity.
