Your new company

Our client is a unique and well-respected supplier of heavy automotive goods. They are now looking to strengthen their Distribution Centre work force and add extremely ambitious and determined DC Storemen to their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

In your new role you will be expected to cover all aspects of Warehouse Work.

Receiving Goods

• All assets of Warehousing
• Loading and unloading of containers via Forklift
• Relocation of stock around the Warehouse via Forklift and Manually
• Manual lifting
• Data entry of receiving goods on WMS
• Update booking sheet when we receive orders, allocations, amendments or cancellations
• Update delivery schedule
• Conduct all activities with great OH&S practices

Dispatch

• All assets of Warehousing
• Loading and unloading of containers via Forklift
• Relocation of stock around the Warehouse via Forklift and Manually
• Manual lifting
• Preparation of packing lists - Prep for containers and prep for dispatch
• Stock/Pallet configurations
• Conduct all activities with great OH&S practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Forklift license - LF
• All rounder Warehouse experience and used to being on your feet all day
• Must have great work ethic
• Must be used to heavy lifting
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Great communication skills, verbal and written
• Great OH&S values
• Good personality with a hands on approach - not afraid to try new tasks
