About the Role
Our client incorporates the latest in ideas and technologies available to the Australian and Asian marine industry and are able to supply mast and rigging solutions for production builders and also for owner builders. They supply deck hardware, hatches portlights, ropes, replacement rigging, industrial rigging and aluminium flagpoles and they are currently seeking an experienced yacht rigger to join the team. This will involve re-rigging and refurbishment as well as installs to new boats and also inspections and installation recommendations based on your experience. This is an outdoor role and very hands on and one that will see you working closely with the clients to deliver high standards of service. Aspects of the role that you will deliver and be responsible for are but not limited to:

Mast Installs & Removals
Inspections & Works Aloft
Running Rigging
Swaging & Splicing
Rig Tuning
Out of Yacht Inspections
About You
You will possess strong work ethics and show pride and care in your work to produce great results. With a high attention to detail and the ability to think laterally as well as good time management skills, you will be reliable and take an enthusiastic approach to your work. Flexibility and adaptability is required and you will also posses the following:
Trade Qualification Highly regarded
Sailing qualification or understanding essential
Excellent self presentation and communication
Enjoy working in a physical role and experience in similar
Able to undertake planned travel
