We are a family owned and operated workshop and are seeking a Workshop Manager, the position would ideally suit a Qualified Motor Mechanic to assist with daily management of the business.

We are a small team of people dedicated to our customers and our team. We are seeking someone who can take a leadership management role. The position would ideally suit a fully qualified senior automotive technician who is willing to help lead our team and maintain our focus on excellent customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will need to be able to provide high quality customer service, excellent time management and the ability to assist management in general daily running of a busy workshop.

The suitable applicant must have:

• A mature and responsible outlook
• Must be based in Australia and have permanent residency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid manual drivers’ licence

• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Ability to assist and supervise other team members

• Trade certificate
• 5 years or more experience
• Previous management experience would be looked at favourably
