Purpose of the Position 

Supervisor's are the leaders of our scaffolding division with the responsibility to lead and supervise teams of scaffolders, keep all employees safe from harm and be the front line communication with customers of GHS Solutions. 

Geographical Coverage

Regional Western Australia, permanently based in Geraldton. 

Position needs to be able to excel in the following key areas:

• Supervise GHS Solutions scaffolding operations, including material and employees on sites
• Assist senior management
• To act with integrity, honesty and ethically at all times
• Personally and as a team leader/ supervisor, meet or exceed GHS or individual site Occupational Health and Safety requirements

This role would suit an individual with:

• Experience - Minimum 2 years scaffolding experience as a leading hand / supervisor 
• Self motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Clear/consistent performance standards, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with safe systems of work, OHS and mining standards

Licences Required:

• High Risk Licence - Scaffolding
• High Risk Licence - Forklift, Rigging / Dogging (preferred)
• Construction Industry White Card
• Current Working at Heights
• Current Confined Space
• Drivers Licence
• Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 12 months)
• MSIC (preferred)

Other Abilities:

• Work unsupervised
• Work in a team environment
• Mining experience highly preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
