Our client seeks a lawyer for a range of up-market property work with a largely corporate client base. The firm is looking for a lawyer who can take responsibility but can also be well supervised and developed. You should have at least 1 year of post admission experience. Lawyers in this widely respected team currently act for and advise major property investors, developers, trusts and funds managers and government. You will assist in the preparation and negotiation of purchase documents, sale contracts, financing documentation and property developments and subdivisions. You will also work on complex commercial leases. This law firm will encourage you to provide strategic and commercial advice, and to work closely with clients from the inception of their ideas through to the point of realisation. The firm fosters a positive and team oriented environment, and realises you will have a life outside of the law. You should currently be working at a recognised, quality practice, and you must have at least 1 or 2 years of post admission experience.
