Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking applications for casual LF/LO Forklift Operators to work with one of our Geelong based clients in their warehouse.

Day Shift: 7:00AM – 3:00PM

To be successful you must have full availability to work Monday to Friday.
These roles require a minimum 38 hour work week.

Key accountabilities of these roles include:

• Operation of a LF Forklift or LO Order Picker.

• Picking orders and moving stock around the warehouse

• Meeting accuracy requirements and daily KPI’s

• Manual handling of up to 25kgs.

Key characteristics and requirements of successful candidates:

• A current High Risk Licence (LF or LO)

• Experience operating a forklift or order picker.

• Strong warehousing background is desirable

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask with great attention to detail

• The ability to work autonomously and take initiative while maintaining focus on your KPI’s

• Full availability and commitment to working Monday – Friday

• Ability to lift up to 25Kgs repetitively throughout an 8 hour shift
