The Opportunity:

We have a great role for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team and grow your career!

Take ownership of all aspects of the sales administration process for New Construction and Utility Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in communication between the Account Mangers, Sales Managers and the Production team to ensure excellent Customer Service by ensuring all machines are built within the agreed specifications
  • Administration support to the National Administration Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Regional Account Managers
  • Liaising with external suppliers to ensure required components arrive in a timely manner and completion dates are reflected accurately
  • Creating invoices for Finance companies as required and ensuring payment is received in line with company policy
  • Ensuring that all machines are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for:

  • A comprehensive knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics systems
  • Previous experience with the MS Suite; excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • An eagerness to learn with an ability to think on your feet and a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Previous Sales Administration experience is advantageous
