The Role
Our client, a National Construction Company looking for a Business Analyst to report to the General Manager of Sales. This unique newly created position is a Contract Role for an initial 6 months with a very attractive salary on offer. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales team to strategically position brand need to be a team player and demonstrate adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Research data and systems for best practice
* Contribute to the team/group priorities and manages competing priorities/deadlines to deliver projects in a timely manner
* Reporting and analyzing data
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide concept and functional requirements
* Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
* Business and IT requirements
* Conduct process analysis and modelling
* Build business processes to work alongside continuous improvement strategies

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes -
* Previous experience in Business Analytical and Accounting
* Proven ability with systems, data and strategic business
* Exceptional Communication skills
* Reporting and providing content with research
* Previous experience in Building Materials or construction highly regarded
* Outstanding communication and time-management skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Business Analytics
