Foreman required for high end commercial construction and fit out projects

Your new role

• Monitor and manage all project activities of sub-contractors in relation to progress, budget and work quality to ensure they are completed to required standards
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Highly effective in planning, organising and problem solving skills
• Work to project deadlines & coordinate trades
• WHS implementation and management
• Quality Control
• Review of progress versus programme
• Forward planning, scheduling and ordering of materials
• High level understanding of service trades and commissioning of building services
• Defect inspections, listing and rectification

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally you will have at least 5 years' industry experience
• Experience in high end commercial construction or fit out projects
• An ability to motivate a team, lead from the front and roll your sleeves up when necessary
• Tertiary degree or diploma in building, supervision, engineering or equivalent OR carpentry or other trade qualifications
• Have excellent people and communication skills as well as presenting well so you able to deal with face to face client roles
