They are looking for a full-time Warehouse and Forklift Operator who is hands-on and able to Quality Control. Clipex pride themselves on their values as well as their exceptional customer service, making it a great place to work.
About the role
In this role you will join the team in our Brisbane warehouse situated in Wacol, undertaking general Warehouse and Forklift operations and Quality Control activities. You will be a great communicator and thrive on creating and fostering close working relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Warehouse & Forklift Operation
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Commitment to adhering to safe WHS practices & policies
- Picking and packing orders
- Unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Forklift operation
- Effectively operate within a constantly changing environment
Key Responsibilities - Quality Control
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspections of products and materials- Monitor requirements of the Quality System including work instructions and recording of quality information
- Record test results, observations, measurements and corrective actions
- Identify where there is non-compliance that is outside standards
- Help implement and evaluate quality assurance policies
- Ensure a high standard of house keeping
- Adhoc duties
The Ideal Candidate
- Fork Lift License essential
- Welding certificate (highly desirable)
- Professional driving history
- Experience with freight computer systems (desirable)
- Knowledge of load restraint principles
- Excellent communication skills & relationship builder
- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- A high regard for safety in the workplace
- Attention to detail and great time management skills
- Ability to start immediately highly regarded
