Structural steel mainly for commercial projects.

About the company

Small to medium sized structural steel fabricator with established warehouse in Beaudesert. Established business over 14 years and serving commercial projects around Brisbane and SEQ regions.

About the role

Workshop Manager / Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising a Structural Steel Fabrication workshop. Experience motivating workers and ensuring quality, safety and productivity are optimal. General handling of contracts, certification paperwork, QA systems, timelines, delivery schedules and making sure all OH&S regulations are being followed.

Requirements for this role

10+ years Structural Steel Fabrication or Construction background.
Experience supervising / managing workshop staff.
Strong ability to lead, manage and motivate workshop staff.
Experience implementing project schedules, timelines, QA and OH&S.
Highly developed communication skills.
