Your Role:
PeopleScout currently has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager to join a People & Culture team within a large global organisation in the property & construction sector. As a Resourcing Manager across Volume & Operations, you will lead both onsite and offsite teams, including Resourcing Consultants, Coordination and Sourcing to deliver high volume appointments including graduate & undergraduate campaigns, redeployment, shared coordination, and strategic sourcing solutions to the wider business.
We are searching for an individual that is driven to partner with the PeopleScout Centre of Excellence to seek process improvements via innovation and optimisation of a Shared Services delivery model. Having a background in high volume recruitment you will not only be passionate about delivering campaign recruitment but also able to build engagement with a range of senior and diverse stakeholders.
It goes without saying that you will have extensive experience and should be preferably from an in-house recruitment and leadership capability and be able to demonstrate prior success in delivering operational excellence across a talent acquisition function. Preferably degree qualified you will be service orientated, outcomes focused and enjoy working in a team environment,
