An opportunity has become available for a permanent full time Workshop Manager. The role is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a large fleet of both American and European prime movers and trailers in accordance with various Accreditation Schemes.

The Company prides itself on Safety and in doing so this role has a focus on technological advances. For example Seeing Machines, MTData, Internal and external Prime Mover Cameras as well as an imminent implementation of a new TMT Workshop Maintenance Program.

The role also entails leading and mentoring a team of approximately 15 Employees (Workshop, General Hands, Apprentices and Trainees).

The successful Applicant will have:

* Diesel Mechanic qualifications

* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Workshop Manager role

* Extensive knowledge & experience in engine & driveline maintenance

* Experience working with American and European Drive Train required

* Highly regarded is previous experience with MTData, Seeing Machines and/or TMT Workshop

Maintenance Program, or a passion to learn & manage such technology

* Ability to build positive relationships with Employees, Suppliers and Customers

* Satisfactory Computer skills including the use of Microsoft programs
