WE’RE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Due to an increased project portfolio, we are seeking to appoint experienced Construction Managers from NT on a 3/1 FIFO roster WA.
This role is responsible for the successful site-based leadership of the multidiscipline direct hire project team delivering minerals processing and/or NPI projects in Western Australia.
Reporting to the Manager Construction, you will be focused on safety, daily plant and labour allocation, construction schedules, cost and quality control and internal and external relationships.
The point of hire is Perth, Western Australia on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster. Should Covid restrictions be enacted in your home State whilst you are on site, you may be required to remain in Perth for an extended period.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- An unwavering commitment and visible drive to ensure safety is the highest priority.
- Previous experience at the CM level successfully leading direct hire multidisciplinary project teams-civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
- Previous CM experience leading EPC, EPCM and/or Design & Construct projects in the mining sector.
- Well-versed developing and managing construction schedules for all disciplines.
- The ability to manage and mitigate delays to the project schedule on an ad-hoc basis.
- High level commercial acumen and negotiation skills, including cost forecasting.
- The capacity to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
- High level leadership, mentoring and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
